  1. It’s all mental. Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re absolutely correct!  Only you can determine what you are capable of.   2. Consistency is key. Consistency creates habit and as for anything in life you really want, you must not give up pursuing it.   3. Anything worth winning is worth working hard for.   If you’re a gamer then you’ll know that just like Assassin’s Creed or Far Cry, the toughest time comes right before a big reward or achievement. (For me at least!) While there are many forms of meditation, these are a bit unrealistic and  we doubt we can ever be able to "transcend" beyond our current chaotic lives.  However...meditation, in it's simplest form, means to quiet the mind for once, of all the usual mental banter that takes place (usually negative and self-defeating) and to connect with our inner and Higher Self.  It is a time to allo...
