DIY Protein Powder!

Good quality protein powders can be costly and usually come in large quantities. If you're like me, you'd like to know what else you're getting besides protein. To be sure, you can simply make your own! Here's how: Make as much or as little as you please. Combine one scoop of all ingredients in bowl (except cinnamon or raw cocoa; add enough to taste 1/2 teaspoon). Mix together, add to your smoothie and enjoy!
